The first time it wouldn't work so I returned it to Best Buy. There was NO issues exchanging it let me just say that. However I the second one I had the same issue. With the first one I bought I talked to a rep from SAMSUNG and she was very nice. And she said the issue has to be a factory issue. It's a common thing with the replacement filter. So I tried on the second time. Same thing, I gave up and just returned the second one to Best Buy and that took it back and refund my money with no issues. Never buy a Samsung products,
