I am unable to edit my initial review, so I'm posting another one. After only a month of use, the water dispenses at 1 cup per minute with this water filter installed. I'm sure it must be a bad filter, but what's really frustrating is that SAMSUNG will not guarantee this product. I called SAMSUNG customer support only to be told that even though it is a defective product, SAMSUNG cannot replace this product and that I would have to eat up the cost. What their rep said was that the filter is actually produced by another company and branded as SAMSUNG and that's why they can't help with a product that bears their name. BUY THIS PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK. SAMSUNG will not help you with this water filter.

Good OEM Filters

Hard to get the old one out and put new one in. Have to recommend it as it is the only one that fits our frig.

Filter lasts 30 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We've been through several of these filters, and each only lasts us about a month before the water begins tasting TERRIBLE (not city water terrible, but poison/chemical/contaminants terrible). Despite the fact that the filters, by Samsung, specifically say "Warranted for a period of 6 months," Samsung will tell you they that their filters don't have a warranty.

I bought this new filter thinking it was my old filter but even with the new filter it is slow. Not sure where the problem is. It is not my waterline as the pressure is sufficient.
