Works Great! I have owned my Samsung refrigerator since 2011, depending on how much use the water dispenser gets, filter lasts around 6-8 months...I have five grand kids and believe me, it gets used a lot and replacement is more frequent. Ouch$$$!

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store and directed to a specialist. He showed me what filter I needed and demonstrated how to apply it on another Samsung refrigerator. I was impressed with the customer service that I received.

Easy Replacement

A little pricey but you don't have much choice. Not sure the replace warning on the refrigerator was because the filter was dirty or if there is an electronic timer to warn at 6 months. I don't think we used enough water and ice to warrant replacement this soon. That would be your call but I'm sure keeping Samsung replacement parts will help if you need warranty service.

Water Filter for Fresh Tasting Water

It can also be ordered online however when your water filter indicator light illuminates it is nice to know that you are not required to wait on shipping to have a fresh glass of water. I compare the taste of the water produced by this filter to Volvic Spring Water.
