This water filter seems to work really well with our refrigerator so Best Buy is the only place we purchase this filter.

The water taste better and I don't smell anything bad given our hard water in the area. I have not compared it against unbranded and other after market filter yet. But planning to do that later as they are on cheaper side. Right now, I'm satisfied with the quality. less 1 star because it is expensive.

It's difficult to rate a water filter but I'll give this one a 5 star because it was extremely easy to install, flush then use. The water tastes clean and crisp especially in a full glass of ice!

We really like our new refrigerator, and the water we get is fantastic. We have not had to change the filter yet (which is a very good sign), but we want to be prepared for when it becomes necessary.

This Samsung water filter is the best to use in your Samsung refrigerator. The knock off brand do not work as well so save yourself the headache and purchase this one.

The filter was product recommended, and was right there available on the shelf! That is such a convenience! And they were friendly, professional and led me right to it!

Very easy to install. Water taste great. I joined auto delivery every 6 months. When the light indicator say it's time to change the filter, I don't need to worry.

Very easy to install and no after tastes with the water. It's nice to know that bad things are being filtered out of the water that my family is drinking. They are expensive though, that's the only downfall. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Great filter for my Samsung fridge. It was easy to install, and I have it setup for Best Buy to deliver it every six months! So no more remembering to buy it.

Filter was easy to install. Took all of about 2 minutes. Filter needs to bee changed to continue to remove pollutants such as lead and organic material from your ice and drinking water.

I like that Best Buy carries the filters for the refrigerators they sell. It makes it convenient to find the filter. I also have found that Best Buy sells the filters for a reasonable price.

This product was in stock when we went to BB the other day so I bought it. It has been a few months since changing the last one. It's easy to change out and I suggest doing it often for fresh water and ice.

I bought this filter because I was told the fridge did not come with one. Apparently it does. The filter works great. Water tastes great. Not much else to say about a filter. As far as I know it does its job

These are the same filters that came with the refrigerator when I purchased it. Although you have to run a couple of gallons of water thru it before drinking, it's a really good filter.

THESE SAMSUNG FILTERS WORK WELL. THE ONLY MINOR COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE PRICE. SAMSUNG MAKES IT EASY ENOUGH FOR IT TO BE REMOVED AND TO HAVE THE NEW ONE INSTALLED. I USE 2-3 A YEAR. THAT WINDS UP BEING A HUGE EXPENSE OVER THE LIFETIME OF THE FRIDGE.

This filter works as it is supposed to in our Samsung refrigerator. I do wish Best Buy or Samsung would sell them in double packs as they do other filters. Would certainly be more convenient!

It was a little confusing at first to figure out how to put this in the refrigerator, but suddenly "I got it" and it went in just fone. Works great.
