Works as advertised. It may seem like a silly thing, but go with a place you trust when buying water filters for your fridge. I found a website where they were cheaper. It was a pack of two, but seemed like Samsung's packaging, One of the filters didn't have an O-ring and the other filter made our fridge leak. We didn't realize it was the water filter at first and almost made a costly service call, but when we replaced it with the filter from Best Buy, all was good again.

We had originally purchased the insignia water filter for our Samsung refrigerator. While the filter "worked", it caused various issues with refrigerator. The insignia filter never seemed to regulate water correctly which led to water being dispensed slowly and ice making being made on irregular intervals. When it came time to change the filter we went back to the Samsung brand filter and within 2 days all of our issues had gone away. Water is colder and dispenses more quickly and we have no more issues with ice. It could have been that the insignia filter we had was have been defective but we will likely stick with the OEM Samsung filters for our fridge going forward.

Keep the water clean for my family. One of the best products I don’t have to worry about changing it for like a month.

This Samsung water filter is easy to replace and filters the water good.

This water filter has saved us lots of money, no need to buy bottled water. It is easy to install. Always on stock at Best Buy, no need to order. Ice maker works well giving clean filtered water through the effectiveness of the water filter. I would recommend this product to anyone.

The red light started to blink so I figured it was time to change the filter. I went to the local Best Buy, where I had purchased the refrigerator, and looked for the filter. Best Buy staff was helpful and pointed me to the correct filter. I replaced the filter and the water still tastes fine.

We purchased our Samsung refrigerator through Best Buy and have been very satisfied. When it came time to replace the water filter we went back to our local Best Buy store for a new one. Without sending the water to a lab, all I can say is that the filter does what it is supposed to do.

Needed a water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. Because I have been having issues with the fridge lately, I felt the need to go with the OEM, as to not potentially void any warranty issues by using the 3rd party water filter. It does the job, and couldn't be happier.

I like the way Samsung made it installable from the front side. Easy to install. A bit expensive.

It does what its suppose to do. Kind of expensive but it lasts for awhile so not that big of a deal.

This is the perfect replacement filter. It was very easy to install. Perfect fit with no leaking.

This filter fits well and is easy to change. I will say it is crazy the difference in weight from the new filter to the old filter you can actually feel the amount it filters. I would say this filter last on average the length of any other filter.

I've been using product for at least five years,,,it's kind of pricey 50$ ,,it last around 3 months i think but I'm sure that's based on how much water you drinking,,,I've had no problems with it just wish it was cheaper.

I received two of these replacement filters as a bonus when I bought a new refrigerator from Best-Buy. With today's price matching a common feature, it really doesn't matter where you buy the product price-wise. These two bonus filters ($100 value) were the incentive for me to buy from Best-Buy.
