We've never had a problem with this filter made specifically for Samsung fridge. Friends have confirmed that other models are difficult to install or leak or leak easily.

This is a good way to improve the taste of local water.

The good-Easy to install. The bad is the filter is expensive.

changing the water filter on our Samsung refrigerator is a breeze compared to our previous fridge. no laying on the floor nor removing a panel , just open the doors and remove the old one with a twist of the wrist.

Water that comes through this filter from my fridge tastes just like some of the generic bottled water you buy at the store. Even though the filter is costly, it's definitely cheaper than buying bottled water.

Works well. Does its job to filter the water and good water flow.

Quick install - the hardest part is running the water through the refrig and ice maker on the door but it has to be done. When complete, it lasts a good 6 months.

Works as advertised. I highly recommend to use the brand named filters. I used alternatives that fit, however they damaged my filter/reservoir had to have it replaced. Once I did I have had no issues and they fit perfectly no issues installing or removing other than a little muscle but no issues.

These water filters are the only ones that work for my refrigerator. I’ve gotten some online but they are a hit or miss. So it’s worth the money to get this one.

While I like the hygienic reasoning for expensive filters that must be replaced multiple times a year, I don't enjoy the purchases. This one fits into the refrigerator easily, and I especially like that.
