We just had to replace our water filter for the first time. The directions were clear and easy to follow. We will purchase this product again in the future when the time comes.

This Filter is Absolutely Amazing. The water and ice taste so fresh. It's way better than buying water bottles. Which is what we always did. So now we can save a lot of money by drinking from the fridge.

I have at lease one on my shelve. Due to one being older they would not credit me. Two Times in a row they sent me the wrong filter. Not a happy camper.

I have to use the name brand filter. We had a ruptured filter and filtration system in our new Samsung refrigerator that flooded our first floor two years ago. After fighting back and forth between Sumsung, USAA was able to get Samsung to replace the refrigerator and get our deductible back as the refrigerator caused the damage. We “ALMOST” didn’t though because we used BestBuys off brand filter. Thankfully the entire system failed and not just the filter. Beware and make sure you use the name brand filter!!!

Filter can sometimes be a little difficult to install. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Usually lasts longer than it should before the fridge lets us know to replace.

This is the best filter for this refrigerator, I have tried cheap one's the water did not taste as good at all. I highly recommend this filter won't be disappointed!

Not exactly a rocket scientist item. My $6000 refrigerator tells me when to replace it, I do and is very easy to replace and always works well after re to lacement

From experience, when I have the funds it is best to buy 2 replacement filters. I drink a lot of water over the summer and the ice maker is busy. Water tastes good and is refreshing.
