Great Samsung filter.

first replacement filter, went with Samsung brand

The store associate told me I had the correct model, and if not, I could always exchange it. I got it for my mom who was waiting for her brother to swap them out. He was not able to help her until about 20 days after purchase and found it was not the right filter. We brought it back in and were told the exchange window was 15 days, so they couldn't help. We asked if they would downgrade us to the Best buy brand for the exchange and they could keep the difference. They still said they couldn't help. I suppose its a bit of our fault for waiting and not noticing the receipt said to return or exchange within 15 days, but we both thought 30 day return policies was the standard. And on the front end, the store associate told me I had the right unit when I didn't. A bit of criticism to both the Samsun brand and Best Buy brand, make the part that shows model compatibility larger.
