I had everything in and my refrigerator still said I needed to change the filter. After I went online I saw that I had missed hitting a reset button. Also, it wants you to waste an enormous amount of water to clean it out.

I like to keep one on hand in case Best Buy is out when I need one. Now that my Best Buy is being closed in Columbia SC I bought it. I change the filter every 6 months when my Samsung tells me.
