This will be the fourth filter replacement since our initial purchase of our Samsung fridge. The replacement of the filter is fairly straightforward. There has been no issues with leakage or blockage of water with this item. We primarily make use of this filter for the icemaker which is used regularly. It does significantly improve the taste of the tap water, but is not quite equal to our separate home water filtration unit for drinking water. The lifespan of our filter has been about 6 to 7 months of filtration of about 1 gallon per day of moderately unpleasant tasting tap water.

This product works extremely well in my Samsung fridge. There is no point in trying to use cheap products. My ice maker is clean and the fridge produces great water.

Pure. A simple word that feels as if it has been lost to time. What is pure? It’s hard to tell these days but this filter? This is the true essence of pure crammed into a tiny filter which you later cram into your refrigerator. Now all my refrigerator dispenses is purity. And ice.

I wish the price was a bit lower. The quality is good but it becomes more and more difficult to install in some refrigerators.

Although the filter could be expensive, it's a good quality filter and the water still tastes great. I wasn't sure if this version had the double o-ring but it does which helps prevent leaks. I'd suggest using the Best Buy Replenish option to get a small discount for your future replacements.

This filter is very easy to install and works well

Took only a few minutes to install and prime for using to actually drink water. You need to make sure to prime it by running a few gallons of water through the new filter before actually drinking it. If you don't prime then there can be a plasticy taste. I found the same filter at a different store but wanted to get reward zone points so I bought at best buy since they will match the price.

Filter is installed easily, and water tastes good.
