We purchased our Samsung refrigerator through Best Buy and have been very satisfied. When it came time to replace the water filter we went back to our local Best Buy store for a new one. Without sending the water to a lab, all I can say is that the filter does what it is supposed to do.

The red light started to blink so I figured it was time to change the filter. I went to the local Best Buy, where I had purchased the refrigerator, and looked for the filter. Best Buy staff was helpful and pointed me to the correct filter. I replaced the filter and the water still tastes fine.

I like the way Samsung made it installable from the front side. Easy to install. A bit expensive.

I love how my water tastes from my fridge with this filter!

It does what its suppose to do. Kind of expensive but it lasts for awhile so not that big of a deal.

this is the first fridge that I had that has water and ice... I dreaded the day that I had to change the filter. This could not have been any easier... easy and perfect Installation... can't wait to replace it in 6 months....

Easy to install. Would like for the filter to last longer but other than that helps have great tasting water!

This is not the most economical water filter, but Samsung will not warranty any issues if you don’t use their water filter. My only gripes are Samsung has no recycling program set up for the filters & the cost.

Easy to install and works great. It does cause a little tiny bit of leaking from the dispenser right after it's installed, but for a very short amount of time and it clears up.

Great water filter for my Samsung Double Side fridge. I wish it was a little cheaper but it does the job.

Great item, it fits the needs and everthing, I liked it and it worked out well and installed easily. You should get a samsung and enjoy fresh water and ice!

Water is water but it’s better when you don’t have an after taste! Yes city water is some what safe but this filter makes a difference of the water freshness.

Filter is good and delivered in time. This is the third time we are buying it from Best Buy and quality is of high standard. Highly recommend to everyone.

I received two of these replacement filters as a bonus when I bought a new refrigerator from Best-Buy. With today's price matching a common feature, it really doesn't matter where you buy the product price-wise. These two bonus filters ($100 value) were the incentive for me to buy from Best-Buy.

Works great in our Samsung fridge. I did as suggested on the box where we installed it and ran a few gallons of water through, the new water and ice taste great, no problems at all.

The filter is easy to change in my Samsung refrigerator but the hard thing is remembering when to do it. With the automatic shipment at a reduced price by signing up in advance it is easy to always have clean drinking water.

I purchased this when my Samsung refrigerator indicated it needed to be replaced. It was easy to remove the old, install the new one and run 3 gallons of water through to get air out of system. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

We'd looked at getting the store brand replacement but didn't want to risk any issues. Even though this cost a good amount more than the off brand we feel good about it. It lasts a long time, I think... only replaced 1 time in the 7 months we've had the fridge and we're big water users.
