The only issue is the difficulty of removing it from the filter compartment. The filter does a very good job of filtering out the wrong stuff found in the water.

Mine is super hard to get to click back in so that sucked plus i know putting in the new one is going to suck. They are so expensive compared to non brand name ones but it may invalidate your warranty to use anything else, so im stuck buying these. They also don't last long with a 4 person household in Az.
