I can't believe, that you sent me the wrong filter agian!!!

Turn off the water?

The directions say to turn off the water before switching filters. That’s not convenient at all. I have to recommend because otherwise you’ll have a dirty filter but if I’m fact you must turn off the water that is a serious design flaw.

We do recommend that the water filter be changed every 6 six months and the reason for turning off your water is to relieve any pressure from the water filter for easy removal and reinstallation.
