I struggled to install it and when we finally got it “in” it leaked water into our flex drawer and freezer and floor. I had Geek squad come out and they discovered that I’d purchased a defective filter. Best Buy graciously exchanged it and after we cleaned up the mess all is well. Now I know if the filter doesn’t twist in easily, something is wrong with the filter. Word to the wise!
