    I ordered online for curbside pick up. When i went to pick it up it was the wrong one and I was required to go into the store to return and order the correct one. This defeated the purpose of curbside pick up.

    I no longer have this refrigerator and I tried to discontinue this water filter and they told me it was to late to cancel order I am a senior with health problems and unable to return. So I looking for a way to return this

    Fulfilled my needs, availability. We found a friendly customer employee; she took the time to show me where to find my product. After I showed her the photo, she took me to the correct product allocation.

    This is the required filter for my refrigerator. I replaced it but the “filter” light did not turn off. It’s obnoxious

    Needed a Samsung Water Filter

    Had no idea that my Samsung fridge was 6 months old. Until I see the red light on the fridge door. Logged into BB and brought a official Samsung water filter. Good to go for another 6 months.

    Water filter for our Samsung Fridge has done the job. Was a bit tough to remove old one (first time with this fridge) because instructions that came with new one were not entirely clear.

    this filter is way over priced. does it work sure but you can buy the same filter for a third of this one else where.

    After purchasing the replacement filter I see no difference in the way the TDS reading from the old filter to the new filter so I wonder if it’s just passing water through rather than improving the water quality, I’m just being honest I see absolutely no difference in the TDS readings from the original filter to the brand new filter and these filters are not cheap. James
