I had no problems with it. The only "problem" I had was is I was a little surprised by how much force it took to get the filter seated. Next time it won't be a problem.

She thought ahead to bring extra product to restock the shelves. She even took the extra time to show us about the filter and how to change it. She was very friendly. Thank you!!
