So glad that Best Buy stocks these water filters, so I don’t have to order them directly from Samsung. I suggest you stock up on several, so you’ll never be trying to hunt them down when that filter light goes on in your fridge. It installs in seconds, but remember to drain your water for several minutes, to get the impurities out. Or else, your water might taste off for awhile.

The Samsung filter is easiest refrigerator filter I have had to remove and reinstall and the water tastes great.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a filter for my new refrigerator in stock at Best Buy. I worried when I saw what it looked like that it was not something I would find easily. The only thing they gave me some trouble was the fact that there are two filters that look very similar But only one will work in the refrigerator I have fortunately they had two of the large ones and one of those small ones that’s the one. I was about to buy the big one when they check out, lady was asked if she could tell Whether the one I brought to her would fit my refrigerator. She checked the order I made for the refrigerator. I bought there and found out the size I needed was the small one which she promptly went and picked up from the shelf for me. i’d say that was good service. Thank you.

Works as intended, I can tell a difference in the water where I live, between the water I get from the fridge vs tap.

Goes in just like the original! No empty areas as people have stated when ordering from other places. I did notice that the item number is a little different than the one called for but I looked at the bottom which is slightly squared off and that's the one I needed. It fits perfectly. I like the fact the Samsung filters do filter out more contaminants than say LG or even Whirlpool. One of the reasons I chose Samsung for my refrigerator purchase!

Be sure to turn the water off from behind the fridge as this makes it so much easier to install…

I have purchased the Samsung Water Filter a couple of times since we upgraded our appliances two years ago. the water filters last about 6 months. I like the ease of replaced the filter. The filter is easy to access ant the appliance reminds you when it is time to replace the filter.
