I bought filters from other places but they wouldn't fit correctly and were not genuine. Best Buy sells genuine products. The filter fit perfectly and with ease. Definitely recommend anyone to purchase this product from Best Buy!

If indeed yiu bought a new fridge/freezer as I did, buy your replacenent filters locally at best buy! If it’s close (as mine is), stop by and get one! They’re reasonably priced (not the cheapest, but close) and returnable as well!

Works well, the filtered water is noticeably better "tasting" than other filters. Meaning the water has no flavor or aftwr taste at all. Looks and tastes cleans as it should.

I used to have sparkletts water services and always had problems with them. They will either drop the wrong number of bottles that i need it or billing was off. I needed a new fridge with water dispenser and this are the type of filters it use. The water taste great and with a cheaper price! I used to pay $50-60 a month with sparkletts and with this is only $100 a year

Don't waste your money on the off brand filters. I bought off brand from Amazon and my water tasted awful. Replaced it immediately with this filter and the difference was night and day. Will never buy the off brand again.

I purchased this filter to replace the one that came with my new refrigerator. Since the refrigerator was purchased in December of last year there was no need to replace the filter yet. However since the new refrigerator's water filter is working beautifully I'm assuming the new filter will do the same job and am rating it with five stars.
