It’s a water filter made exactly for the refrigerator that I bought. What more could I ask for? Too bad they don’t make step children.

Set up relatively straight-forward and automatic, good sound for it's size. Mode control (movie/sport/music) easy to use and does have a detectable impact on voice clarity. Once set up it does work well with the TV/cable remote.

I love my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. When it came time to change the water filter the first time was a challenge. I watched a few videos on YouTube and got it in after a few tries. The second time it was so easy to install, I went to Best Buy and asked the service representative to show me what I was doing wrong. He was most helpful. I made it harder than it was, those videos can be so confusing. I am so glad to have purchased from Best Buy the customer service is awesome.

Excellent replacement for our original water filter. Definitely helps make our hard water not an issue. I do find you can find deals on this direct form manufacture throughout the year as well. Does the job.

Good filter for my Frig. I bought one from best buy right away for the frig and ordered two more from Samsung to hold me over for a long time. And the price is cheaper on Samsung's site by $7 dollars
