Easy filter to install!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The water filter's location in my new Samsung refrigerator is at the front near the vegetable bins making it very accessible. The replacement water filter was very easy to install with simple instructions. And, I did not have to turn the water off... it only took a couple of minutes!

You need to run about 6-8 glasses of water through it to purge the air. Be prepared for it to splash a little as the air gushes out of the water dispenser. If water dispenser leaks after installation be sure to check if you tightened the filter all the way and then run another 6-8 glasses of water through it.
