    It doesn't seem to be the same as the factory filter. Has an odd aftertaste at times. Thought it was my cup, but washed it 4 times and still the same.

    Not consider to buy here anymore

    This is my 1st filter after I subscribed auto- renewal, I actually bought one here before, but I decided to cancel the subscription because the current filter is totally different from the previous one. The current one can’t filter water well cuz the water its taste is wired and not completely purified like the previous previous one did. This issue happened after replacing this filter, since I just replaced it, too late to return. What I can do is not buying from here anymore and go buy from other stores.

    So this purchase for the water filter was more of a requirement than something I wanted to purchase. I like the fact that I can get filtered water and ice through my fridge, but once its time to replace this filter then the ice maker and water dispenser on my Samsung refrigerator just slowly stops working and eventually no water or ice will dispense until I either go completely without a filter or replace it. And I don't use this water/ice dispenser as much as other people I know and it was only 3-4 months before I was having to replace this water filter. Thats $50 3-4 times a year. Might be cheaper just to buy one of the Brita pitchers instead.

    Just what the doctor ordered. The only issue that I have is that the store that I bought the filter from didn't have more on hand at the store. I wanted to purchase more than one filters.

    This is a good filter but hard to install. I’m not sure if that is the fault of the filter or design of the refrigerator.

    Difficult to remove and install new filter. Instructions not available to reset filter. Had to call Geek Squad and they took some time to find out on You Tube.

    I ordered online for curbside pick up. When i went to pick it up it was the wrong one and I was required to go into the store to return and order the correct one. This defeated the purpose of curbside pick up.

    Filter replacement

    It’s a filter that I feel is over priced. When a manufacturer makes a product that requires a filter to be replaced and recommends that it be replaced every six months, last Samsung product I will purchase. Maybe Best Buy should remove the Samsung product line.

    Had no idea that my Samsung fridge was 6 months old. Until I see the red light on the fridge door. Logged into BB and brought a official Samsung water filter. Good to go for another 6 months.
