Great product! Water tastes amazing! I have scheduled this to be delivered every 6 months.

This filter works great before we used to buy Fiji water bottles because of the ph balance all water tasted like iron and with this filter I can drink water just fine from my fridge.

I love my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. When it came time to change the water filter the first time was a challenge. I watched a few videos on YouTube and got it in after a few tries. The second time it was so easy to install, I went to Best Buy and asked the service representative to show me what I was doing wrong. He was most helpful. I made it harder than it was, those videos can be so confusing. I am so glad to have purchased from Best Buy the customer service is awesome.

This is the one for my refrigerator. The manual says only use Samsung replacement filters but we tried another brand that supposedly was made for our model. Nope! It leaked. Best Buy had the right one in stock when no one else did locally. Thanks!

Very easy to handle and install. I love the fact that it gives you a install sticker to place on the filter so you know when you install it. I replace my filter every 6 months.

It’s a water filter only last 6 months for $50 to expensive, You have to buy it so they got you there. I gave 5 stars because it’s done what it supposed to do. But I wanna give it 1 star because of the price.

Filters water well. I’ve replaced this every 6/7 months, and so far it’s been consistent.

I love that the filter goes through an alkaline filter system to make sure water taste good and removes chemicals. I am only using samsung brand as I doubt generics would have the same quaility,
