I replace the fliter every couple of months. Good tasting water and easy to change out. Con: it’s a little pricey

I tried another brand and the Samsung is far superior to that one. I will never buy any filter other than the Samsung recommended for my model refrigerator. Works wonderfully and filters perfectly! it was easy to install.

Since I have a reverse osmosis filter system already filtering my drinking water, this refrigerator filter is just an extra layer of filtering I suppose. For this reason I don't replace this filter often, but also for this reason is why I chose to replace my original Samsung filter with this Samsung-approved filter (and I didn't want to take a chance on changing my experience with using a much cheaper, 3rd party filter). My original filter lasted me 8 years, and maybe could have gone longer, but I just felt it was time to see if a new filter would make much difference in my drinking water from the refrigerator. So far, I can't tell much difference, but with cold water... taste is sometimes difficult to distinguish, unless the water is really bad of course. The handle on the front of the filter is thinner than the handle was on my original Samsung filter, but that's the only difference I could tell. I guess after 8 years, there was bound to be a slight design change.

The filter was easy to install. Some water spilled while taking the old one out so watch for that. It's a refrigerator filter so it's not exciting but it does the trick. This one lasts about 6 months.

I had an old fridge that had a water filter, and it was always a chore to change it—leaking water, had to be positioned just right. This Samsung filter is so much better.

So far so good the taste of the water is good. I could have bought a cheaper insignia but I’ll just stick to Samsung. The insignia felt a lot lighter for some reason.

It is very easy to change out my water filter. It was easy to follow the directions and install it properly with little to no effort. And the taste of the water is Clear and clean.

Keep my water tasting good and last a long time. Price is very reasonable. My only knock against this is that sometimes the Best Buy store does not have them in stock

The 3 pack is a good savings, and I like using genuine Samsung filters. Water and ice taste great. The 3 pack is convenient so I have an extra on hand when it’s time to change the filter.
