I have used this water filter since 2014. Replacing every six month. It filters the water so it tastes like bottled water, no chemical taste at all.

This is very easy to install,love it.I would reccomend this to anyone needing to replace theirs.

first time replacing this in our fridge. i love drinking the filtered water better than tap water. installation was ok - leaked the first time we put it in. had to remove and try again.

A must have and works great. We receive it on a 6 month rotation and for less money then buying it when needed.

i purchased this as a replacement for my refrigerator. I've purchased these from Best Buy in the past and they last as long as the manufacturer states and are very easy to install.

Expensive but worth it, good thing it only needs replacements once a year.

Works as advertised and easy to replace. I think it's OK to go slightly over 6 months as advertised if you don't consume a lot of water.

I had to purchase the same water filter my fridge came with. So went to a near best buy to get it. Can't go wrong with it, instead of buying bottled water.

Great buy for my Samsung fridge, it is easy to install other than you have to turn off your water to install it and remove the old one.

Love this refrigerator and the filters so easy to change.

This neccessary filter does well with cleaning the regular water of contaminates. Needs changed every six months to be best effective.

My review is over Best Buy service, not the product. The store associate told me I had the correct model, and if not, I could always exchange it. I got it for my mom who was waiting for her brother to swap them out. He was not able to help her until about 20 days after purchase and found it was not the right filter. We brought it back in and were told the exchange window was 15 days, so they couldn't help. We asked if they would downgrade us to the Best buy brand for the exchange and they could keep the difference. They still said they couldn't help. I suppose its a bit of our fault for waiting and not noticing the receipt said to return or exchange within 15 days, but we both thought 30 day return policies was the standard. And on the front end, the store associate told me I had the right unit when I didn't. A bit of criticism to both the Samsun brand and Best Buy brand, make the part that shows model compatibility larger.

This has helped purify our water every time it starts to taste funny. I know where to go to get the filter everytime too.

I didn't have much choice since this is the filter that fits my refrigerator. It was easy to install and I did not have to turn off the water as the instructions recommended.
