Filter changed just as directions said. A few seconds and I was up and running. Nice! Took several large glasses of water to get it primed. Working great.

Hard to get out the first filter that came with it but it is pretty easy for a man to replace and i have not seen anything bad about it.

This product is the one required by my refrigerator. There were only two kinds of Samsung filters, thank God! It is handy to pick it up at Best Buy rather than having to find an appliance store or order it on line. It is expensive, hence the missing star.

I find it best to use the recommended manufactures filter for my Samsung fridge. Other on-line filters are not the same as oem.
