||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What can I say? It fits my Samsung refrigerator and does what it is supposed to do. External filters are certainly less expensive than the ones custom made for the refrigerator, but you have to use one of these in order for the ice maker and water outlet to work. It's a tight fit and a bit difficult to lock into place, but I've not had one leak in the over two years we've owned the Samsung, so I guess the design works as required.
