I tried to reach out to Best Buy and they said it wasn’t their problem. It’s funny because they’re $10-20 cheaper on Amazon so I guess that’s where I’ll be purchasing them from now on.

This being said it's actually pretty good filtering. Not quite as good as a ceramic filter but much better than your average built in water filter.
