It's the manufacturer's filter so it had better work ok - and it does. Expensive, but that's how Samsung makes their money.

I bought this filter after purchasing 3 on Amazon. I thought the previous ones I had bought were certified filters, but noticed a huge difference when I tested out the one purchased at Best Buy. There was a huge difference in the water taste. Very pleased with this product.

A must buy if you are the owner of a Samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately I met somebody who did not listen to the advise and did not buy the original Samsung filter, long story short they had to call a Samsung technician who told them the only filter to use with Samsung refrigerators are the ones made from Samsung like this one.

Our family has this on auto deliver. Colorado water is the best but my kids and I can tell when its about time to replace the water filter. We drink so much water and save on buying water and wasting plastics by refilling our hydroflasks.

this filter give you a good water taste but get ready to pay a high price and do not last long but I will hve to buy it as long I own the samgsun frig.

The filter is easy to change and accessible. The indicator light in the frig along with the attachable reminder sticker is very helpful. It can cause the water to become salty in taste, sometimes.

No issues with this filter and definitely recommend buying from reputable places like best buy. It came with the sticker to check it's an authentic filter.

The filter for the Samsung seems to work well at getting rid of hard water but is quite expensive and never seems to last as long as the allotted time.

Filters water just fine, easy to install. Lasts about six months.
