Easy to install and use. Only complaint is the price of the filter, but it works well and takes the metallic taste out of our tap water.

If you own a Samsung fridge that requires a water filter, all you have to do is get a compatible " Samsung Brand " water filter when it's time for replacement. Remember, model number is important. Ask a knowledgeable best buy associate, give him details of what you need. This product is as easy as 1-2-3 to replace and install. Read your instruction manual and follow steps. Even a caveman can do it. I recommend this product to Samsung fridge owners out there that needs water filter replacement. This is IT. Perfect Fit.

Works great for our refrigerator. Keeps the water tasting great and it is easy to install.

Love the product and the quality of the water it puts out. It performs as advertised, and meets or exceeds the time before refill. However, all of the companies up the price of the filter(s) over time. Looking at the actual product in the filter and the casing, the cost for the filter seems quite exorbitant. We are kind of at the mercy of the manufacturer, b/c you must buy this product. Great filter, too expensive.

Fantastic filter fits the Samsung refrigerator snugly (we use a small pair of pliers to install the filter) keeps the water clear, free of odors, chemicals. If you order online, you save up to $8 USD/unit.

Filter is easy to install and use, compared to experience with previous models of refrigerator (not Samsung) in which the filter was located in the top back Right side, and required removal of all items on the top shelf in the refrigerator and some contortions to unscrew the old filter and screw in the new one. However, the smaller filter for the Samsung refrigerator doesn't last as long. And the price has increased significantly over the past two years.

I have tried aftermarket brand Insignia and they did not fit well. The OEM fits great, easy to install. Water tastes great.

I decided to go with Samsung branded filter replacement instead of third party. They might actually be the same as third party, but I decided not to pinch the pennies since I ingest the water that goes through the thing. It fit my fridge perfectly and matched the original that came with our refrigerator, so I am pleased with it.

Samsung Fridge Filter takes off smells and flavors out of tap water. Lasts for several months. Very easy to remove and replace. The cost is ridiculous. There needs to be another option or a competitors product offered.

Kind of a captive audience with these filters for the fridge, however, we absolutely LOVE having good clean filtered water for drinking. Easy to install, just remember to run it through about a gallon of water to clear it out before you enjoy. They last a long time and I love the reminder my fridge gives me to switch it out. Samsung for the win on fridges too!

this water filter is easy to install, no tools needed and makes the water in frig taste soo much better. is a little spendy
