My review is over Best Buy service, not the product. The store associate told me I had the correct model, and if not, I could always exchange it. I got it for my mom who was waiting for her brother to swap them out. He was not able to help her until about 20 days after purchase and found it was not the right filter. We brought it back in and were told the exchange window was 15 days, so they couldn't help. We asked if they would downgrade us to the Best buy brand for the exchange and they could keep the difference. They still said they couldn't help. I suppose its a bit of our fault for waiting and not noticing the receipt said to return or exchange within 15 days, but we both thought 30 day return policies was the standard. And on the front end, the store associate told me I had the right unit when I didn't. A bit of criticism to both the Samsun brand and Best Buy brand, make the part that shows model compatibility larger.

Works great. Flush the filter through at least a gallon of water before drinking. It will last six months and the fridge will alert you when it's time to replace it.

Received my filter fast! So nice to have the option for home delivery through the mail. Nice fresh water to drink is awesome too!

We bought a new refrigerator and this was the recommended water filter to use with the fridge. The filter does a great job; the water tastes and looks great.

The Samsung water filter works just as it should. Water and ice taste great. A little difficult to figure out how to replace it without making a mess with water every where.

I had no problem replacing my Samsung refrigerator water filter; it was very easy to do and I went ahead and bought two so that in six months I can replace the filter again.

Works amazing with my Samsung refrigerator and it last for at least 3 months.

It seems to be doing the job. Can’t tell yet how long it will last but the water tastes ok. Only time will tell right now.

These Samsung filters are easy to change with minimal leaking. It is convenient that all Samsung refrigerators appear to use same filter reducing risk of buying wrong part.

I always prefer buying the Samsung branded filter as opposed to the generic ones. It works very nicely and gives a full 6 month service under normal circumstances.

Got the great Samsung filter for my Samsung refrigierator. Was delivered on time and fit perfectly in my Samsung refrigerator.

The water filtration system appears to work fine and is probably the most used part of the refrigerator as the access to the water is on the outside of the unit.
