I could have bought a generic brand that is a lot cheaper but the peace of mind knowing it's from the same company as the fridge is priceless.

The item was exactly what was needed, in a convenient store, and the pricing was competitive.

While the filter is fine, I am a little annoyed that Samsung asks us to buy a new filter about every six months for more than $50. Maybe we can go without replacement??

I found cheaper 'Samsung' filters at other online sellers, but was concerned they weren't authentic Samsung filters. Feel comfortable ordering from BestBuy and that this product is genuine. Free shipping, and item arrived quickly. Easy to remove old filter and replace. Typically each filter lasts 6 months before the change filter light comes on. Happy with this purchase and will buy again.

I love my Samsung Refrigerator so I have the water filter by Samsung set up to auto delivery every time I need to replace. Easy and convenient.
