It's cheaper and easier than bottled water. I like how you just twist it in place and your done. Just remember the old filter is full of water.

A basic water filter

In places with hard water, the filter tends to need replacing more often. Samsung makes this filter specific for their refrigerator so you have no choice but to buy theirs.

Samsung Brand is better
