Great Product - When you get what you ordered.

Not the product, but rather Best Buy and their handling of my order. I ordered a water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. I received a Logitech Ergo Mouse. I had to contact customer service and return the mouse to the store. This is not the first time Best Buy has delivered the wrong item - or delivered an item to the wrong place. So very disappointed with BestBuy

The filter works well and eliminates tap water tastes and odors. Not to mention I get an amazing discount because I purchased my fridge through Best Buy!

Its all i need for my Samsung fridge!

Cold and fast and thats what i wanna see!

When that happens, and this is quite often, I have to take the filter completely out, and then re-insert it into the refrigerator. Now, if you had an idea how difficult it is to just insert the filter into the refrigerator, you will understand why I have an issue with this.
