    I purchases this filter twice. The first time it wouldn't work so I returned it to Best Buy. There was NO issues exchanging it let me just say that. However I the second one I had the same issue. With the first one I bought I talked to a rep from SAMSUNG and she was very nice. And she said the issue has to be a factory issue. It's a common thing with the replacement filter. So I tried on the second time. Same thing, I gave up and just returned the second one to Best Buy and that took it back and refund my money with no issues. Never buy a Samsung products,

    Checked other places Bets Buy has the best deal.The other websites have a no name product that is cheaper, but I wanted the Samsung brand.

    Spent $50 on a filter. Light never came off after installing the filter. After tasted great for 3 days, then went back to tasting like tap water.

    Its a must have or you will just have no ice or filter water. It sucks cause they don't last long i got this 4/1/20 and as of 8/18/20 had to replace it already. and they are not cheap.

Your fridge is on a six month reminder for your water filter to let you know that it is suggested to change the water filter.     I signed up to get this every 6 months. I canceled this last year due to the fact I sold my house and do not have the refrigerator. You have sent this twice to my old address. I can't seem to get you to cancel the subscription. I have called each time to cancel and you can't seem to do it. Please cancel sending this out every 6 months!!!!!!

    My issue really isn’t the filter. The fridge will not stop over freezing the ice maker and Samsung does not have a fix. Will never purchase another Samsung fridge.

    I ordered this filter online, and it was shipped to my house with the plastic not all the way on, like it was used, not brand new. I just want a new filter to use in my fridge.

    Something had changed

    This is my second filter I’ve purchased from Best Buy in past 2 months. I have purchased these filters for past couple of years with no problems from Best Buy I figured first one just bad. Factory defect or something. Starts out fine. Do the 2-3 minute water cycle. 3-4 days later, no water flow. Not to ice maker or water dispenser. Due to item opened not returnable. Pull filter out water flows fine. I’ll have to find a new resource for these filters looks like
