Disappointed

It's November 2025 4 months later and I am purchasing another filter because the RED filter LETTER S keep blinking when I opem my fridge. Mind you I haven't had my fridge over 6 months. This in my opinion is crazy. I should be purchasing a filter twice a yr. Every 6 months. I will pay close attention, I may need an adjustment or something with the fridge. We shall see just how long this new filter last. Due to my complications with the filter, I can't say for sure I would recommend this one. However, I will hit yes in the survey because we need a filter and we need the one which is compatible with the fridge. Just so we're clear! Happy Holiday...

It does its job and that is it. For Samsung refrigerators that use this style of filter it is best to buy a Samsung filter. I have friends that purchased aftermarket filters to save on price only to have to spend more later on. The o rings are not in the right placement and end up causing leaks. I just took their words and just buy Samsung filters.

If your having a hard time You may have to turn the water line off to release some pressure but other than that it’s fine
