It felt like I was going to break it, so trust that it is supposed to feel a little difficult to turn and to replace. I tested the water after installing and clearing the line. All levels were good.

They were professional and performed their job seamlessly. They explained some necessary items about my units and left without leaving any trash behind. Definitely would use again.
