Bought the wrong filter

The curbside process went very smoothly.....GREAT job of adapting to a horrible situation like Covid 19.....BUT continuing to give GREAT service! THANKS!

Good but not what I needed

Unfortunately, it was the incorrect filter. This was due to the way the order was processed -- was promised a Samsung fridge that this goes with by a certain date when I ordered it and the filter. Then when scheduling was told I couldn't have it delivered for 3months so had to cancel the order and select a different fridge.

Easy fast installation.

The most difficult part was remembering to turn off the water behind the refrigerator. very little leakage of water, maybe a teaspoon.
