Attentive, direct and friendly staff assisted me with the purchase of my replacement water filter for my family hub Samsung refrigerator.

The first filter lasted us 6 months like it was advertised. The water taste fine. We first bought one during the summer and I thought it was going to last 6 months but it actually did. Our refrigerator let us know we needed to change it and the replacement was easy.

Overall good product. Had a little difficulty installing it but otherwise it’s okay.

The filter lasts for six months and it is easy to remove and install. So far, so good. The auto ship renewal program was great but then I got the wrong one. When I exchanged it at the store, I was unable to get the same price and get back on the auto ship program.

This filter works fine, but is pricey. Wish there was a generic brand that would fit my Samsung refrigerator.

I tried the off brand once but that was a mistake the water tasted horrible. So I had to go back to name brand.

I looked at reviews on a number of popular websites and there were many reviews that said the filter did not fit or was counterfeit. The reviews on Best Buy were very positive and my filter fit perfectly and also came with a nifty authentication card. It is the real deal.

I order my filter and in few days got it. Easy to install. Best Buy is the best.

I never have a problem with this product every time I have made a purchase for this item it's always been dependable.

I have a 2021 Samsung French door fridge with inside ice maker and water dispenser. It definitely is the perfect and the same model as a replacement filter for my fridge. Can’t say the same with the older models though?

You can never go wrong with Samsung products they stand behind their work.

Easy if you know how tl install it as you have to twist it and push at the same time. FYI make sure you pour about a gallon of water after you install as it comes out white.

The filter was easy to install and works like it’s suppose to. Wish they were a little cheaper…

Whenever I have to replace this filter, I cringe because I have to use pliers to get it out. I am not strong enough to do it with just my hands. And once you take it out, don't put it in again for any reason. I did that, left the house, and a couple of hours later, came home to a flood,.I guess the filter works just fine. I like where it's placed in the refrigerator for easy access but changing it is the pits.

There is nothing wrong with the item. I just don't know how to put it into the refrigerator correctly. It caused a big flood in my apartment. The end result of it was the that Samsung Company repaired the icemaker for free since it was a recall issue.
