    The filter is fine, but installing it seemed to confuse the refrigerator’s software. Fortunately, Samsung’s customer support walked me thru the button pushing necessary to correct the condition.

    Good filter, it was a little different finding the size for our fridge and once we did, the filter was backorder but Best buy did good job trying to get us one asap.
