The process was very easy...I bought the filter online and picked it up "curbside" due to Covid 19. The curbside process went very smoothly.....GREAT job of adapting to a horrible situation like Covid 19.....BUT continuing to give GREAT service! THANKS!

The filter works, I’ve just never had to replace a filter every six months like this refrigerator requires. In fact, I don’t recall ever changing a refrigerator filter.

Amazing water filter, it lasts a very good while and the price is extremely affordable. Save timely trips to buy bottled/gallon water, and monies.

There is nothing wrong with the item. I just don't know how to put it into the refrigerator correctly. It caused a big flood in my apartment. The end result of it was the that Samsung Company repaired the icemaker for free since it was a recall issue.

You can never go wrong with Samsung products they stand behind their work.

I'm sure this would be a great product. Unfortunately, it was the incorrect filter. This was due to the way the order was processed -- was promised a Samsung fridge that this goes with by a certain date when I ordered it and the filter. Then when scheduling was told I couldn't have it delivered for 3months so had to cancel the order and select a different fridge.

Setting up automatic water filter replacements is a convenient way to ensure that you have the filter you need when you need it. The scheduled automatic refill is cheaper as well. The filter works as expected and is easy to change.

First time buying filter. But it only lasted for 6 months. Is that common to have to change the water filters out that offer?

True to fit. No problems or leaks and I would always recommend original OEM products.

Be sure to check the fine print before ordering. Best Buy had suggested a model to me but it turned out to be the wrong one. So check the model number.
