High cost

Needed a Samsung Water Filter

Until I see the red light on the fridge door. Logged into BB and brought a official Samsung water filter. Good to go for another 6 months.

Water filter ok but instructions not clear

Was a bit tough to remove old one (first time with this fridge) because instructions that came with new one were not entirely clear.

Water filter for Bespeak is unreturnable even new

Now i need to return the NEVER OPENED water filter and need to extend the return date by 3 weeks. Far less than the delivery date was extended for me. It is $50 and I'm retired so thats a lot to for me.
