    This has to be the most difficult water filter to get out and replace.I actually dread every time we have to replace it. I can only assume it is doing a good job of filtering our water.

    This filter works well and is definitely a direct replacement. Flow speed is a little slow, however.

    Great water filter. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong model number and made the fatal mistake of Opening the package. So 2+ weeks I got the wrong filter I ordered back in the make with a note saying the package was opened and I couldn’t return it. Good job Best Buy!

    These filters don’t last long at all, the stream is so slow after about 3 weeks! Awful.

    Replaced my original filter with this one due to the alert given by the fridge. The new one worked great for 2 weeks and now the water taste terrible. No longer returnable

    It was the wrong one. I asked for help to confirm whether it was the right one. No help. AND moreover I signed up for subscription and there is nowhere where I can change ti subscription to the correct one. Even after asking Best Buy folks.

    Water Filter Pressure

    Its a needed product and I don't know if its the actual filter or the brand new Samsung refrigerator but, every time i put a new one in the pressure of the water is good for about a week and then the pressure goes to hardly any and it takes forever to fill up a glass of water.... So i cycle through these filters monthly instead of every 6 months...

    Defective Filter But CAN'T BE RETURNED!

    Filter is defective. Has foul taste. Water is bubbly (seems soapy?), but Best Buy won't replace it! I have to contact Samsung directly. Good luck to me.

    stop working after 30 days

    Had Samsung fridge deliverd in December 2019. Change filter light came on after 6 months. Replaced filter and then 30 days later, ice maker failed completely. Water still dispenses but can't make any ice and no one from Samsung or BB will come out to repair and/or honor the warranty.

    Clogged up after a few weeks

    The filter worked great at first but after a few weeks, it clogged up. Now, only a tiny, spuddery stream of water comes out of the water dispenser. When I take the filter out, the dispenser works perfectly fine. I’m not sure if it was a fluke but this filter only last a few weeks.

    The water filter is great, I’m sure. I’ve had Samsung for years and they’ve been wonderful appliances. This filter was opened, used, and dirty. We don’t have the best luck with Best Buy and this was just another entry in our long list of issues.

    Bought the wrong filter for a Samsung fridge and went back to exchange it and they said they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS on filters!!! I recommend you actually know what filter you need before purchasing from Best Buy. Now I have a 50$ filter just sitting at home….

    Bestbuy did not show up. Never called the day before. Had wrong date in system so showed up day warly. Then saw that they needed to come the next day. On that day did not show up for appointment. No call. No explanation.

    Kept freezing up and totally stopped after less than two months. Old filters lasted at least 6 months. I question if it was on OE part as the verification strip did not match. Should have taken it back as soon as I unboxed.
