its a good product but does not last as long as they say it should - normally we have to replace them every 3 or 4 months

It was easy to remove the old filter and install the new one And the water tastes like bottled water

The filter as simple to install with no significant problems. I also thank the Best Buy staff for specifying the filter which fits our refrigerator since the Manual failed to do so. I was, however, a bit distressed that the price was so high (around $50)

Awesome filter, better than other stores. I have a new fridge bought last year and ordered my filter 6 months ago from a diff store(don't want to mention name here) and there was a gap. This is the first time I ordered from Best Buy using their subscription and worked awesome. Thre's no gap and I compared with my original filter as well(I kept it to compare); and it's 100% same. You can also use a magnetic strip which came with this filter to check the authenticity but I didn't use that. I trust best buy. I always buy electronic items from here and i always like this store. Their subscription is good too and my filter can keep on cming itself after xxx months. Thanks best buy and keep it up.

First of all, I am happy that this unit is carried in stock at my local Best Buy. I feel the taste and appearance of the water it makes our Samsung refrigerator it is designed to work with is excellent. Not only do we use it for drinking water, we use it to make all our ice too. It costs a tiny bit more than off brand substitute filters bit it’s worth the difference in cost in my opinion.

Easy installation and works great with my fridge. Will definitely keep buying.

Filter works great and the water tastes amazing. Have been getting a new filter of the same type every six months according to the manufacturer. Best buy has a subscription which makes it easy so I don't have to remember to order it.

Wish it wasn’t so expensive! But can definitely taste the difference with our water and ice!
