If it's your first time replacing your filter, be sure to have a cup nearby to place the old filter in as some water may leak when removing. Also, because of air pressure, when the replacement filter is installed, when you dispense water there will be burst of air coming out the first few seconds of dispensing. If doesn't stop you may not have the filter in correctly. Also, you will know if it's not in correctly because water will pool in the filter area. How do I know... trial and error :-)

It's a water filter required for use in my fridge. Decent life span, easy to change it and replace. I am glad they same it at best buy, makes life easier than searching them out online
