Samsung water filter

Had a leak for I used a generic brand and I don't recommend for that is why it leaked. I ended up talking to a Samsung person that told me to buy the original for it's the only way to be able to use the water without leaking. Just thought I'd let people know so they don't make the same mistake for it made a big mess.

Fantastic Filter and great system

My previous fridge was also a Samsung, I'm partial to their products. I used to get the generic water filters, when I purchased my new Samsung fridge, I decided to go with the Samsung filter, WOW, I can taste a difference in the water AND if you are on their recurring schedule, they give you a discount. I find this to be simple, convenient and I am overall very happy and will continue to buy this water filter and use Best Buy's replenish system.

Samsung Water Filter Automatic Refill Program

No more trying to remember the filter model to buy :). Added note, the Refrigerator water filter alert can be a pain to reset. That is only because the documentation doesn't tell you that the Control Panel automatically locks so you have to first unlock it before pressing the reset button for 3 seconds. Otherwise, you can get very frustrated trying to figure out why the reset isn't working.
