If you look into the certifications for what this filters vs generic (including Best Buy's own brand), it filters finer particulates. The result is cleaner water with less harmful chemicals.

Meaning the water has no flavor or aftwr taste at all. Looks and tastes cleans as it should.

They swapped it out the next day with no issues and the same model number worked Just fine with the replacement filter.

Best Buy sells genuine products. The filter fit perfectly and with ease. Definitely recommend anyone to purchase this product from Best Buy!
