    Don't waste your money on the off brand filters. I bought off brand from Amazon and my water tasted awful. Replaced it immediately with this filter and the difference was night and day. Will never buy the off brand again.

    Water's looking pretty clear after swapping this out! Just turn off your water, drain the fridge, swap it in and turn it back on. Not too difficult to install.

    I always buy the Samsung filters for my refrigerator. I have trouble with them failing. Akso customer service when i needed help, was terrific.

    Service from Best Buy representative was excellent in identifying the exact replacement for water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. This was easier than usual due to the fact that refrigerator was purchased from Best Buy too and they had a record. Filter came as mail order and was not difficult to replace with instructions on the paper that came with the filter. Replaced filter has been working as expected.

    Great product! So happy Best Buy sells it since Lowes has discontinued selling Original Samsung brand filter. Lowes sells a generic one, which is horrible. Only but original from Best Buy. Thanks Best Buy!
