I wouldn't trust buying feom another seller like Amazon for something like this. I trust Best Buy to sell me a product that's unopened and unused.

When we needed a second filter I found Best Buy to be the best price as well as convenient with their delivery system and automatic shipping option. Would highly recommend this program through Best Buy as well as the Samsung water filter.
