When it came time to change the water filter the first time was a challenge. I watched a few videos on YouTube and got it in after a few tries. The second time it was so easy to install, I went to Best Buy and asked the service representative to show me what I was doing wrong. He was most helpful. I made it harder than it was, those videos can be so confusing. I am so glad to have purchased from Best Buy the customer service is awesome.

Moved here from Virginia three years ago. Our dog broke out with hot spots almost immediately drinking tap water. A change to bottled and filtered water clean them up right away.

I learned that the hard way...the product is great, the user needed a bit more practice.
