Had read reviews in several places that the after market fikters even purchased directky through Samsung did not fit correctly and were causing leaks ! I had nust replaced my kitchen cabinets and flooring and was no looking towards any water messes. This filter is PERFECT !! It was easy go replace and is exactly the same size as the original one. Only con is that these filters are quite expensive.
